Order and account data: name, address, email, phone (if provided), order details, invoices, payment status, refunds.
Payment data: payments are processed by providers (e.g., Mollie, PayPal, Klarna). We receive confirmation and transaction details; we do not store full card numbers.
Customer support data: emails/messages you send us and details you provide (including custom size/personalization requests).
Website/device data: IP address, device/browser, pages visited, cookie identifiers (see Cookie Policy).

- Solumflow (integrations/automation)
- Payment providers: Mollie, PayPal, Klarna, and supported card/local payment options
- Third-party production and shipping partners to manufacture and deliver your order
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta, Google Ads (when enabled and consented)
- Professional advisors (as needed)
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed. Typical periods:
- Order, invoice, and tax records: up to 7 years
- Customer support messages: typically up to 2 years after last contact (unless needed longer for a dispute)
- Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
