This Privacy Policy explains how Reininga Art collects and uses personal data when you visit Reininga.art, place an order, or contact us.

What data we collect

Order and account data: name, address, email, phone (if provided), order details, invoices, payment status, refunds.

Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe (card, iDEAL, Bancontact and the other methods shown at checkout). We receive confirmation and transaction details; we never see or store full card numbers.

Customer support data: emails/messages you send us and details you provide (including custom size/personalization requests).

Website/device data: IP address, device and browser, and pages visited. Visitor statistics are collected without cookies. The site sets one functional cookie to remember your currency, and keeps your cart in your browser's local storage.

We process data on the basis of:

Stripe (payments)
Vercel (website hosting, visitor statistics without cookies, performance measurement)
Neon (database hosting)
Cloudflare (image storage, and bot protection on forms and checkout)
Resend (order confirmations and other emails)
Production and shipping partners, to make and deliver your order
Professional advisors (as needed)

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed. Typical periods:

Order, invoice, and tax records: up to 7 years
Customer support messages: typically up to 2 years after last contact (unless needed longer for a dispute)
Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
Currency cookie: one year

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object (including certain marketing), portability, and withdraw consent.
