RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Everything at Reininga Art is made to order. Production begins after you place your order.

Acrylic Works
Originals (1/1), Limited Editions, and Open Editions — acrylic on Dibond.
Small Goods
Posters, coffee table books, frames, and similar accessories.
EU/EEA & UK consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal
If your shipping address is in the EU/EEA or the UK and you’re buying as a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 calendar days after delivery (unless a legal exception applies).
How to withdraw
Email studio@reininga.art within 14 days after delivery and include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
Returning the item
After you notify us, you have 14 more days to ship the item back.

Return shipping costs
You pay return shipping costs, unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days after you notify us of withdrawal. We may wait until we receive the returned goods, or until you provide proof of return shipment.
Condition and handling
You may inspect the item as you would in a store. If handling goes beyond what’s necessary to assess the item, we may deduct diminished value.
Exceptions (custom/personalized)
Some products that are clearly personalized or made to your specifications may be excluded from withdrawal. If excluded, this will be stated clearly on the product page and at checkout.
Outside the EU/EEA & UK: voluntary returns
Small Goods: 30-day voluntary returns
Outside the EU/EEA/UK, we offer a voluntary return window for Small Goods:
- Return window: 30 days from delivery
- Return shipping: paid by the customer
- Condition: unused, undamaged, in original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
Refunds for Small Goods (outside EU/EEA/UK)
- We refund the product price after inspection.
- Original shipping costs are not refunded.
- Any import duties/taxes are not refundable by us.
Acrylic Works: no voluntary returns (outside EU/EEA/UK)
Outside the EU/EEA/UK, Acrylic Works are final sale because they are produced specifically after you order.
This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Cancellation before production (voluntary)
If you need to cancel, email studio@reininga.art as soon as possible.
Free cancellation window: within 24 hours of placing your order, or before production starts (whichever comes first).
If production has already started, we may not be able to cancel.
Damage, defects, or wrong item
Shipping damage: email studio@reininga.art within 48 hours of delivery with photos of packaging, label, and damage.
Defects/wrong item: email studio@reininga.art within 7 days of delivery with photos and a short description.
Remedy: replacement (where possible), repair, or refund.
