Everything at Reininga Art is made to order. Production begins after you place your order.

- Shipping (transit): 1–3 weeks
- Estimated total delivery time: 2–5 weeks
We ship packaged for art, with tracking and insurance where available.

We ship to Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Canary Islands, China, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, India, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Kuwait, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czechia, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, United States, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland.

If your order ships outside the EU, local import duties and taxes may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility.
Production
Most items are produced specifically for you after you order.
Production time: 1–2 weeks (estimate)
Custom sizes or personalized items may take longer. We will confirm any custom timeline in writing.
Shipping times
Transit time: 1–3 weeks (estimate)
Delivery times vary by destination, carrier performance, and customs processing.
Tracking and delivery
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Carriers may require a signature or may attempt delivery multiple times. If a package is returned to us due to missed delivery or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship.
Packaging
We package every order to protect it during transit. Please keep the packaging until you’re sure everything arrived safely—especially if a return or carrier claim is needed.
Damage in transit
If your package arrives damaged, contact studio@reininga.art within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the damage.
We will propose a fair remedy: replacement (where possible), repair, or refund.
Lost or delayed shipments
If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, email studio@reininga.art with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and keep you updated.
Delays due to customs procedures or carrier disruptions can occur. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may not be able to recover it. If it returns to us, we can reship at the customer’s cost.
